Organizing the Spoken and Unspoken
Third Ear is building the new platform for collecting data about human beliefs, attitudes, and preferences. A researcher's knowledge quest starts with our powerful empirical artificial respondents (EARs), which give carefully calibrated answers to survey-style questions. If that's not enough, you can use your proprietary insights data to create your own EARs. If there are still gaps in your knowledge, we'll create the survey or interview you need to fill those gaps and run it using our best-in-class survey and interview agents.
This workflow empowers rapid and accurate research on human beliefs, attitudes, and preferences, but Third Ear is much more than a tool. We're carefully cataloging the spoken word and unearthing the unspoken context that LLMs can't see. The majority of human conversation flits around the unspoken context of shared assumptions and beliefs that are rarely if ever spoken and therefore invisible to LLMs. We're bringing this knowledge to our platform to supercharge human insights research.
